  • 1. Why Should I Purchase My Corporate Gift Baskets from Gifts of Texas?

Before making any item available to our customers, we also put it through a personal taste-test to guarantee the best possible experience. Gifts of Texas also allows you to include a personalized message with every gift as well as customize your corporate gift baskets. We’ll deliver directly to your recipient or to your event.
  • 2. How Do I Place My Order?
    To order your corporate gift basket, you can choose to peruse our selection and/or SPEAK TO A GIFT SPECIALIST. If you opt not to speak with a Gift Specialist, just add your order to your shopping cart, add your recipient’s shipping information, and complete the transaction. For orders with multiple recipients, please contact us.
  • 3. Should I Place My Order Well In Advance?
    Gifts of Texas will ensure your order is shipped in time for it to arrive on your chosen delivery date. However, bear in mind all orders will take at least one day to be completed and delivered. If you need an order delivered next day, place your order before 2 PM EST. Orders placed after 2 PM EST may not be available for next-day delivery until the following day. If placing a bulk order, please place it atleast 1 month in advance to ensure delivery on time.
  • 5. Will I Receive Order Confirmation/a Receipt?
    Yes. After placing your order online, you will be redirected to an order confirmation screen. You may choose to save this screen in PDF or by opting to print it for your records. Additionally, we will send you an order confirmation receipt via email. If you do not receive one, please ensure the email address you provided is correct and check your Spam folder.
  • 6. How Will I Know My Order Shipped?
    Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a shipment confirmation email. For bulk orders, you will receive a single shipping confirmation email for all items shipped on the same day. Depending on the recipient addresses, if multiple shipping dates are required, you will receive updated shipping confirmation with all relevant information.

  • 12. How Do I Calculate Shipping Costs?
    Shipping charges vary by gift basket size and weight as well as shipping speed, and are applied to each package in your order. Standard and Premium US shipping costs are included on the checkout page.
